Once the package has been processed, you will receive an email from your chosen shipping carrier with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package online. Delivery time is dependent upon your chosen shipping option and destination.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders take 1-2 business days to process. We do not work on the weekends. Also, some addresses are not accepted by the USPS database. Please be aware that you are responsible for providing an address that our shipping carriers can deliver to. If the Item is returned as "undeliverable" you are responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package to a different "deliverable" address.
Unfortunately, theft of packages after delivery (from porch or lobby, etc) is becoming increasingly common. If your order goes missing after the USPS tracking system shows that it has been delivered, we cannot refund or replace your item(s). Our website will automatically send you an email when your package has been delivered. This email is generated when the USPS tracking system indicates that the package has been successfully delivered, which is very accurate. Please make every effort to collect your package quickly after it has been delivered. If you would like us to send your package with signature confirmation, please email us email@example.com (only available for domestic orders). We automatically use signature confirmation for domestic orders over $300.

USPS International takes 15-30 days for delivery, please be aware that USPS does not provide any Information until the package has been signed off by customs on the destination country.
It is also important for you to know that your package may be subject to customs/duties charges. Imaginary Foundation is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. Imaginary Foundation cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be, but we do try to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. All of our prints are made in house once the order has been placed. They are printed, cut, numbered, embossed and packed one at a time by a human. Small art print orders take 2-3 days to process. Multiple art prints in an order can take up to 3 weeks to process. All art print orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
